Google can now crawl and index flash (SWF) files; a great news for sites bulit in flash. Now they can rejoice and hope to see their flash pages ranking in google SERPs. Previously google was trying to improve it expertise for indexing flash based webpages, but the methods were not perfect.
Generally search engines lack the ability to extract text from flash files to decide on the ranking. Adobe has rendered the 'Flash reader technology' to google for making it possible to crawl, index and rank webpages.
